The Collier Hills area is a popular intown neighborhood located on the edge of the Buckhead district near Collier Rd. Most of the homes were built shortly after World War II and have had recent renovations. The neighborhood’s rich history includes sites of some of the bitterest fighting of the Civil War, the intersection of two major Creek Indian trails and the homestead of the Colliers, one of the area’s oldest families. In addition to its history, Collier Hills is revered for its convenient location and lush greenery.
